8. Message Menu
Access the
Message
menu by pressing
* .
This menu allows you to send and receive SMS (Short Message Service) messages, to
receive Cell Broadcast messages sent to all subscribers in a particular area by the net-
work, as well as to gain access to the call mailbox feature.
To send SMS messages, the SMS Service Centre number must be entered. This number
is provided by the network operator or service provider.
NOTE: SMS and Cell Broadcast messages are services that may not be supported by
the network. Consult your network operator or service provider in this regard.
