14.4. Module Soldering
The module could be soldered on the application in different kind of ways. Typical processes are
follows:
• Manual Soldering
• Automatic Selective soldering
• Wave soldering
We suggest respecting necessary Clearance area in the design to permit a proper soldering process
as shown in previous chapter.
