Returns current intermediate report setting

AT+CR = <mode>
Controls whether or not intermediate result code +CR: <serv> is returned from the TA
to the TE. If enabled, the intermediate result code is transmitted at the point during
connect negotiation at which the TA has determined which speed and quality of service
will be used, before any error control or data compression reports are transmitted, and
before the intermediate result code CONNECT is transmitted.
Parameter: <mode>
<mode> = 0 - disables intermediate result code report
<mode> = 1 - enables intermediate result code report
This command replaces V.25ter [14] command Modulation Reporting Control +MR,
which is not appropriate for use with a GSM terminal.
The result code parameter <serv> has the meaning:
ASYNC - asynchronous transparent
SYNC - synchronous transparent
REL ASYNC - asynchronous non-transparent
REL SYNC - synchronous non-transparent.
Test command
AT+CR=?
Returns the supported range of values of the parameter <mode>.
