S12 – escape prompt delay

Defines the guard time of silence before and after the escape sequence in order
to accept it as a valid one.
Parameter: <time> - 20-255 fiftieth of seconds
Note: default is 50 (1 second )

Defines how long the DTR must be off to consider the high to low transition
as a valid one.
Parameter: <time> - 1-255 hundredth of seconds
Note: default is 5 ( 5 hundredth of second)
