2.17.1 General
Trizium module has been designed in order to be compliant with a standard smt process, with the
following details.
2.17.2 Module finishing & dimensions
All quotes are in mm, general tolerance ± 0.1
Surface finishing Sn63/Pb37 for all solder pads
(in black on the drawing).
Surface finishing Ni/Au for all test pads
(in white on the drawing).
