This command causes the modem to terminate a transmission and wait for <time> 10
ms intervals before responding with the OK result code.
Parameter <time>
0-255 : length of time in 10ms intervals of the pause
Test command
AT+FTS=?
Returns all supported values of the parameters <time>.
