Power Off
Turning off of the device can be done in two ways:
• via AT command (see ME910G1 Software User Guide, AT#SHDN)
• pin ON_OFF*/WAKE* for at least 3 seconds
Either ways, the device issues a detach request to network informing that the device will
not be reachable any more.
Note: To check if the device has been powered off or IN PSM mode,
the hardware line PWRMON must be monitored. The device is
powered off when PWRMON goes low.
In order to avoid a back powering it is recommended to prevent any
HIGH logic level signal from being applied to the digital pins of the
ME910G1 when the module is powered off or during an ON-OFF
transition.
Warning: Not following the recommended shut-down procedures
might damage the device and consequently void the warranty.
