information, the HE910V2 family provides a special command #MONI which can be used to
gather all the information needed in a faster and simpler way:
send command AT#MONI=0<cr>
wait for OK response
send command AT#MONI?<cr>
wait for response in the format:
When extracting data for the serving cell and the network name is known the
format is:
(GSM network)

(WCDMA network)

When the network name is unknown, the format is:

<netname> - name of network operator
<cc> - country code
<nc> - network operator code
<n> - progressive number of adjacent cell
<bsic> - base station identification code
<qual> - quality of reception
