O – return to on line mode
Execute command

It is used return to On-line mode from command mode. If there's no
connection active returns ERROR.
Note: After the issue of this command, if the device is in conversation, to
send other commands to the device you must return to command mode by
issuing the escape sequence or lowering DTR if &D1 option is active.
