AT&S <n> Controls the RS232 DSR pin behaviour:
n = 0 - always ON
n = 1 - follows the GSM traffic channel indication.
n = 2 - ON when connected
n = 3 - ON when device is ready to receive commands
Note: if option 1 is selected then DSR is tied up when the device receives
from the network the GSM traffic channel indication.
