TECHNICAL MANUAL Telit GM862 PCS Tri Band GPRS Data Terminal System 1 Rev. 2 INTRODUCTION The Telit GM862 PCS is a Tri Band transceiver with integrated Data Terminal Adapter functions that emulates a traditional modem allowing the compatibility in GSM/DCS/ PCS environment with many data communication software. The design and development of the Telit GM862 PCS Tri Band cellular data terminal system is in line with the following documents: 3GPP TS 51.010–1 v. 4.4.
