13 Mounting the GE865 on your Board
13.1 General
The GE865 modules have been designed in order to be compliant with a standard lead-
free SMT process.
13.2 Module finishing & dimensions
Lead-free Alloy:
Surface finishing Sn/Ag/Cu for all solder pads
