TIP:
To check if the device has powered off, the hardware line PWRMON must be
monitor ed. When PWRMON goes low, the device has powered off.
5.2.1. Hardware Unconditional Restart
WARNING:
The hardware unconditional Restart must not be used during normal operation of the
device since it does not detach the device fr om the networ k. It shall be kept as an
emer gency exit procedure to be done in the rare case that the device gets stacked
waiting for some network or SIM responses.
To unconditionally restart the GE864-QUAD, the pad RESET# must be tied low for at
least 200 milliseconds and then released.
The maximum curr ent that can be drained fr om the ON# pad is 0.15 mA.
