Voice Dial
This unit includes the voice dial option. This feature enables you to make a call
to a number in your phone memory (not in the SIM phonebook) by simply
saying a previously recorded word that has been set for that number.
To set voice recognition for a number in your phonebook:
• access your phonebook (phone memory)
• search for and display the number you would like to add voice dial to
• access the phonebook menu by pressing
• access the menu item nr. 2 - “Modify”
• select the phone number (home, work, mobile) you want to add voice dial to
• press (“Extra”) and select menu 2, “Voice dial”.
Save allows the user to record his voice. Confirm this selection and follow the
instructions (you will be asked to pronounce the word twice).
IMPORTANT: the word you pronounce must be the name of the contact (do not
use a different word)
Delete: use this function to delete the voice dial for the current contact.
If the phone senses a similarity between the "vocal labels" and the word you
have pronounced, it will ask you to confirm you want to make the call to the
name and number it recognized.
The names and numbers in the phonebook you use the voice dial option
for are designated as such with this icon
To make a call using the voice command, press , while the unit is in
stand-by, then pronounce the word
