8. USE THE PHONE BOOK
8.1 About the phone book
Your phone includes a phone book that can store up to 100
names and associated phone numbers and E-mail Address.
Stored numbers can be up to 20 digits long. Stored names and
E-mail Address can be up to 5020
characters long.
8.2 Use phone book menus
The phone book has several menus from which you can choose. These menus
appear when you press NAMES Names. or OPTIONS . Use
to move to the menu you want to use.
• Details Allows you to view details name and numbers.
• New Allows you to enter new name and numbers.
• Delete Allows you to erase only one name and number at a time.
• STurbopeed Dial Allows you to assign up to seven one-touch dial locations.
• Delete All Allows you to erase all name and number in the phone book.
8.3 Add names and numbers
① Press NAMES .
② Press OPTIONS .
③ Scroll to New and press SELECT .
④ Using the keypad, enter the name. Use
to switch between upper and
lowercase letters.
⑤ Using the keypad, enter the numbers. Press and hold
to switch
between capital letters and numbers.
