Installation overview
Installing the software
Carry out these steps in the order indicated:
1. Install the software using the CD-ROM supplied.
2. Do not connect the Sinus 154 data II to your PC until prompted by the installation program.
3. Install the drivers.
4. Configure the network with the aid of the T-Com WLAN Manager.
Close all programs.
Insert the CD-ROM supplied into the CD-ROM drive of your PC and wait until the software
portal appears on the screen.
In the list on the left hand side of the window, click on the name of the product you wish to
install:
Sinus 154 data II
.
The dialogue box opens. Click
on
Installation
.
The InstallShield Wizard
appears on the screen.
The InstallShield Wizard shows
you how the installation is
progressing as the product is
being installed.
The following step applies to
Windows 98SE / ME only:
If you are prompted to restart
the computer, click on
Starten
Sie erneut
.
Installation will now continue
automatically.
You must wait until you are prompted to connect the Sinus 154 data II to your PC, and then
make the connection as described in the next section.
