Step by step
Conference
This type of conference is also referred to as a three-
party conference. It involves up to three participants.
Prerequisite: You are conducting a consultation call
Æ page 46 or have accepted a second call Æ page 72,
and the conference function is active Æ page 87.
Setting up a conference
Select and confirm the option shown in the connec-
tion's context menu. You are connected to both parties
at once.
Conducting one-on-one calls
Select the connection you want to clear down on the
display.
Select and confirm the option shown in the context
menu. You are now involved in a one-to-one call with the
remaining call party.
Leaving a conference
Prerequisite: The function "Allow joining in a local
conference" (Æ page 88) was activated.
Select and confirm the option shown in the
"Conference" context menu. You exit the conference.
The other call partners remain connected.

] or n Lift the handset or press the loudspeaker key. Both call
partners remain connected. You are disconnected from
the conference call.
Ending a conference
Select and confirm any of the connections in the con-
text menu. Both connections are cleared down – the
conference is cleared down.
You can initiate a conference by calling the
"Conference" function in the context menu of
either the active or held call. You can alternatively
press a configured Conference key.
