markedarea,justlikearegulartooltipwindow(seeFigure6.24onpage329).
Astheplaybackprogresses,theviewjumpstotheelementcorrespondingtothecurrent
attachmentbeingplayedandthemarkedelementishighlighted.Duringplaybackthe
userispreventedfrominteractingwiththetrace.Toreinforcethisrestriction,thetrace
viewisgrayed‐outvisually,andonlythepacketwiththeitemcorrespondingtothe
currentattachmentiscolorized.
