10.14.1 VBus Power Tracker
ThePowerTrackerdisplaysthepower,voltageandcurrentateachpointintime.Power
TrackerassumesthecurrentflowsfromtheRightconnector("2")totheLeftconnector
("1")whichisthebehaviorifanormalUSBDevicewasconnectedtotheLeftconnector,
andtheHostwasconnectedtotheRightconnector.IfcurrentflowstheOTHERway,itis
shownasaNegativevalue,justlikewhenyoursolarpanelssendpowerbacktothegrid!
WithPowerDeliveryandType‐C,therearemanysituationswherecurrentcanfloweither
way,sowejustusethisorientationasourstandard.FortheExerciserport,weusethe
VoyagersupplyingcurrentasthePositivevalue,andtheVoyagersinkingcurrentasthe
Negativevalue.
