Measurement Results: C/N, Carrier Power, Noise Power.
 C/N: the ratio of Carrier Power to Noise Power.
 Carrier Power: the total power of the carrier bandwidth.
 Noise Power: the total power of the selected noise bandwidth.
Measurement Parameter: Carrier BW, Noise BW, Freq Oset.
1. Carrier BW
Set the bandwidth of the carrier to be measured.
