QualiPHY tests the oscilloscope connection after clicking the Start button. The system prompts you if
there is a connection problem. QualiPHY’s Scope Selector function can also be used to verify the
connection. Please refer to the QualiPHY Operator’s Manual for explanations on how to use Scope
Selector and other QualiPHY functions.
A ccessing the QPHY-DDR3 Software using QualiPHY
This topic provides a basic overview of QualiPHY’s capabilities. Please refer to the QualiPHY Operator’s
Manual for detailed information.
Access the QPHY-DDR3 software using the foll o wing s teps:
1. Wa it for the oscilloscope to start and have its main application running.
2. Launch QualiPH Y from the Analysis m enu if installed on the oscilloscop e or from the des ktop icon if
installed on a host computer.
3. From the Qual iPHY main windo w (as follows), select Standard, the n DDR3 from the pop-up m enu (if
not alrea dy select ed). If yo u check the Pause on F ailu re box (cir cled) Quali PHY prompts to ret ry the
test in the case of a failure.
