NumOfPackets are transmitted, only NULL or
POLL packets will be sent to maintain the
connection.

0x0000 – 0xFFFF (ms) Amount of time to send data packets. After
TimeLength, only NULL-POLL packets will be
transmitted to maintain the connection.
TimeLength will override NumOfPackets
parameter if TimeLength value is not zero.
