Methods of the IGCSMPPacket
Class
This class is intended for creating SMPs (Subnet Management Packets).
While a SMP packet can also be created using the
IGCMADPacket class, it
is simpler to use the SMP packet class. The
IGCSMPPacket class is derived
from the
IGCMADPacket class.
Note that the use of
DeletePacket() is the recommended method of
calling a destructor even though this class has its own destructor.
DeletePacket() is defined in the base class IGCPacket (see “DeletePacket”
on page 2-63
).
