POSITION1 25.0E-3
positions one of the horizontal cursors
at 25.0 mV (assuming the vertical units are volts).
CURSOR:HBARS

might return -6.40E-2, indicating that the second
horizontal bar cursor is at -64.0 mV (assuming the vertical units are volts).
CURSor:HBArs:UNIts? (Query Only)
Returns the vertical scale units for the selected cursor source w aveform.
