specifications.
Equipment Required
Refer to the Perf ormance Verification procedure for the equipment required. You also need an insulated ad justment tool. (See
page 28, Adjustment Tool.)
Equipment Setup
Refer to the Performance Verification procedure for the equipment setup.
CAUTION. To avoid ESD da mage to the probe, use an a ntistatic wrist strap and work at a static-approved workstation when
handling the probe.
