Measuring Differential Current
To simplify your differential or null current
measurements, you can place two conductors
in one current prob e.
CAUTION. To prevent damage to the probe
head, do not f orce the slide closed. Damage to
the probe may result. If you cannot close the
slide around the co nductor(s), either reduce
the number of conductors you are measuring,
or, if possible, take your measureme nt on a
smaller conductor.
CAUTION. To prevent the risk of fire, e nsure
that when you are using multiple conductors
from different sources, that all conductors are
adequately insulated from each other.
