If not, change them by following the steps:
1. Right-click ASP.Net State Service.
2. Select Start or Restart.
3. Double-click ASP.Net State Service.
4. Change the Startup Type to Automatic, as shown in the following figure.

5. Click OK to complete the setting.
6. Close the Computer Management screen.
