Service options

Opt. C3 Calibration Service three years. Includes traceable calibration or functional verification applicable, for

recommended calibrations. Coverage includes the initial calibration plus two years calibration coverage.

Opt. C5 Calibration Service five years. Includes traceable calibration or functional verification applicable, for

recommended calibrations. Coverage includes the initial calibration plus four years calibration coverage.

Opt. D1 Calibration Data Report.

Opt. D3 Calibration Data Report three years (with Option C3).

Opt. D5 Calibration Data Report five years (with Option C5).

Opt. T3 Three Year Total Protection Plan, includes repair or replacement coverage from wear and tear, accidental

damage, ESD or EOS plus preventative maintenance. Including a five days turnaround time and priority access

to customer support.

Opt. T5 Five Year Total Protection Plan, includes repair or replacement coverage from wear and tear, accidental

damage, ESD, or EOS plus preventative maintenance. Including a five days turnaround time and priority access

to customer support.

Probes and accessories are not covered by the oscilloscope warranty and Service offerings. Refer to the datasheet of each probe and accessory

model for its unique warranty and calibration terms.
