Troubleshooting Phaser 750 Printers
The print is extremely light with a washed out look
■ The solution is one of the following:
■ If using the Multi-Purpose Tray, make sure you have selected the correct media
type at the front panel prompt.
■ Use the Calibrate for paper from the printer’s Help Menu.
■ Remove and reinsert the Main Charge Grid.
■ Replace the Main Charge Grid.
■ Replace the Imaging Unit.
■ Replace the Transfer Kit.
The entire page prints in black, including the borders
The solution is one of the following:
■ Re-insert the Main Charge Grid.
■ Replace the Main Charge Grid.
■ Replace the Imaging Unit.
Toner spots appear on the back of the media
■ Replace the Transfer Kit.
The page prints in black in the image area only (the borders are white)
■ Turn the printer off and back on again.
