Declaration of conformity
Compliance demonstrated using high quality, shielded interface cables.
≤ 3.0 division waveform displacement or ≤ 6.0 division increase in peak-to-peak noise in Ch 1 to Ch 4 is allowed when the
instrument is subjected to fields and signals as defined in the IEC 61000-4-3 and IEC 61000-4-6 tests.
Residual spurious signals in the RF section can typically increase to -50 dBm when the instrument is subjected to
electromagnetic interference per the IEC 61000-4-3 test for frequencies up to 1 GHz, and to -35 dBm for frequencies above 1
GHz.
Residual spurious signals in the RF section can typically increase to -85 dBm when the instrument is subjected to
electromagnetic interference per the IEC 61000-4-6 test.
If the instrument powers down upon a voltage interruption it will take longer than ten seconds to reboot.
