Equipment Setup
Procedure
1. Connect the equipment as shown.
2. Power on the instruments. Wait at least 20 minutes.
NOTE. To ensure that the external timebase is being used, the frequency is
intentionally offset. If the measured value does not agree with the expected value
shown in the procedure, the signal applied to the DUT External Reference input
may not be adequate.
