Feature-rich Tools for Debug ging Mixed
Signal Designs
With the M
SO/DPO3000 Oscilloscope Series, you can visualize analog,
digital, and serial signals with a single instrument to quickly find and
diagnose problems in complex embedded system designs. Bandwidths up
to 500 MHz and a m inimu m of 5x oversampling on all channels provides
the performance needed for many of today’s mainstream applications. A
deep record length of up to 5 Mpoints is standard on all channels, enabling
you to ca
pture long wind ows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing
resolution.
With Dig
ital Phosphor technology for fast visualization of signal anomalies,
Wave Inspector
®
controls for rapid w aveform navigation, and automated
serial bus and power analysis, the MSO/DPO3000 Oscilloscope Series from
Tektronix provides the feature-rich tools you need to simplify and speed
debug of your complex design.
