Name Definition
Gain The amplitude gain between two waveforms. The measurement returns the ratio between the
amplitudes measured wit hin the measurem ent regions of t he two sources.
Where Amplit ude1 and Ampl itude2 are the Amplitude measurements of the two source
waveforms. See Amplitude on page B--2.
If enabled, measurement gates constrain the measurement region to the area between the Start
Gate (G1) and Stop Gat e (G2) of t he two sources. See To Localize a Measurement on
page 3--83.
For best results with this measurement, optimize the vertical resolution before taking this

High The top reference level for a measured wavef orm. Several methods can be applied to the data
sampled in the upper half of the waveform to determine the High value. You can use the
Tracking Method control t o select among t hem. See Tracking Methods on page B--66. Also see
