The TIME submenu, allows the user to set the date and system clock. To be noted that these setting are crucial as they
are reported in the HACCP reports
The date has the format DD-MM-YY
The time has the format HH: MM
With the machinery in STOP mode, press the Info-ESC button
Select the submenu 4 with the UP and DOWN buttons
Press the CONFIRMATION button
Scroll with the UP and DOWN buttons to set the correct value.
To pass on the following datum press the CONFIRMATION button
Press the INFO-ESC button to go back to STOP mode
