B - Temperature manual cycle :
With the machinery in STOP mode :
Press the UP and DOWN buttons to select the cycle 2 MANUAL BLAST CHILLING.
To select this cycle, press the PROBE button
Once you have selected the temperature MANUAL BLAST CHILLING cycle, the machinery starts the PRECOOLING
mode showing the value of the temperature inside the cell.
Press the CONFIRMATION button to proceed with the product temperature setting
Set the temperature value with the UP and DOWN buttons
