IL PRODUTTORE SI RITIENE SOLLEVATO DA QUALSIASI RIVALSA IN CASO DI COLLEGAMENTO ESEGUITO DALL’UTILIZZATORE O DA PERSONALE NON QUALIFICATO - Verificare l’integrità del cavo di alimentazione, nel caso sia danneggiato farlo sostituire da personale qualificato.
SPEED - FASTER 10- INDICAZIONI DI UTILIZZO Non sovrapporre gli alimenti da abbattere e/o surgelare. Non superare i chilogrammi dichiarati distribuendo il prodotto nelle teglie in modo uniforme. I tempi di abbattimento e surgelazione si riferiscono sempre a prodotti di spessore massimo 40 mm. Eseguire un pre-raffreddamento della camera prima del ciclo di abbattimento. Abbattere un solo tipo di alimento per volta, cibi diversi hanno densità diverse e quindi i tempi di esecuzione del ciclo possono cambiare.
SPEED - FASTER 11- PULIZIA NON UTILIZZARE GETTI D’ACQUA ANCHE PRESSURIZZATA O VAPORE. PULIZIA DEL MODULO ESTERNO Deve essere eseguita con un panno umido con una soluzione di acqua e bicarbonato, o altri detergenti neutri, asciugare con un panno morbido. PULIZIA DEL DISPLAY : “GLASS” Deve essere eseguita utilizzando un panno morbido pulito (esente da polveri e scorie), umidificato con acqua e sapone o con acqua e alcol al 10% max.

SPEED - FASTER 13- INTERFACCIA e CICLI Entrambi i modelli SPEED e FASTER sono dotati di scheda elettronica di potenza “Compact” e di display capacitivo “ Glass”.
SPEED - FASTER 14 - SONDA ALIMENTO La sonda alimento o a spillone, ha una risoluzione di 0,1°C e un range di funzionamento da -49,9°C a +99,9°C. La rilevazione della temperatura viene effettuata su un unico punto in corrispondenza della parte centrale del corpo della sonda. Per garantire il funzionamento corretto e la rilevazione esatta della temperatura per la gestione dei cicli, la sonda deve essere inserita fino al cuore del prodotto.
SPEED - FASTER 15 - CICLI DI FUNZIONAMENTO L’abbattitore gestisce i seguenti cicli di funzionamento : 1- Abbattimento automatico 2- Abbattimento manuale 3- Surgelazione automatica 4- Surgelazione manuale 5- Scongelamento 6- Sbrinamento 7- Esportazione HACCP 8- Sterilizzazione ( opzionale ) Si ricorda che i cicli di Abbattimento o Surgelazione hanno lo scopo di raffreddare rapidamente gli alimenti e la differenza tra i due cicli è stabilita dalla temperatura finale che si vuole ottenere al cuore degli alimen
SPEED - FASTER 15.1 - AVVIAMENTO Dopo aver collegato il macchinario all’ alimentazione, il display visualizzerà la scritta STAND-BY, tale scritta indica che il macchinario è a riposo, ovvero non è possibile accedere ai menù di selezione. Per accendere l’abbattitore, tenere premuto il pulsante CONFERMA per almeno 3 secondi. Il display quindi visualizzerà la scritta STOP che indica : Macchina in attesa di selezione del ciclo di lavoro. 15.
SPEED - FASTER 15.3 - CICLO DI ABBATTIMENTO AUTOMATICO Il ciclo di Abbattimento automatico prevede l’inserimento solo della sonda alimento. Da macchina in modalità STOP : Tramite i tasti freccia SU e GIU’ selezionare il ciclo 1 ABBATTIMENTO AUTOMATICO. Per scegliere questo ciclo, premere il pulsante CONFERMA Una volta selezionato il ciclo di ABBATTIMENTO AUTOMATICO, il macchinario entra in modalità PRERAFFREDDAMENTO indicando la temperatura dell’aria all’interno della cella.

SPEED - FASTER Premendo il pulsante CONFERMA si potrà procedere ad impostare la temperatura aria cella Impostare il valore di temperatura tramite i tasti a freccia SU e GIU’ Premendo il pulsante CONFERMA si potrà procedere ad inserire la sonda alimento Una volta inserita la sonda alimento e dopo che il macchinario ha rilevato l’ effettivo inserimento, il ciclo comincia e verrà visualizzato ABBATTIMENTO IN CORSO.

Il ciclo terminerà quando verrà rilevata una temperatura minore o uguale a quella pre-impostata a -18°C.
SPEED - FASTER 15.7 - CICLO DI SCONGELAMENTO Il ciclo di Scongelamento prevede la possibilità di scegliere se eseguire il ciclo in modalità a tempo, impostando la durata del ciclo e la temperatura dell’aria della cella, oppure in modalità a temperatura, impostando il valore della temperatura dell’ alimento e dell’ aria della cella. A - Ciclo manuale a tempo : Da macchina in modalità STOP, tramite i tasti freccia SU e GIU’ selezionare il ciclo 5 SCONGELAMENTO MANUALE.

Il ciclo terminerà quando verrà rilevata una temperatura uguale a quella pre-impostata a +10°C.
SPEED - FASTER 15.8 - CICLO DI SBRINAMENTO Il ciclo di sbrinamento è indispensabile per sbrinare l’evaporatore. Il ciclo ha una durata di 600 secondi. Da macchina in modalità STOP : Tramite i tasti freccia SU e GIU’ selezionare il ciclo 6 SBRINAMENTO. Per scegliere questo ciclo, premere il pulsante CONFERMA Il ciclo parte in automatico con il conto alla rovescia del tempo mancante per terminare, durante il ciclo il display mostra la scritta SCONGELAMENTO IN CORSO.
SPEED - FASTER 15.9 - ESPORTA HACCP Il macchinario prevede la possibilità di esportare i dati dell’ HACCP. Tramite la porta USB presente sul pannello di controllo a destra del pulsante CONFERMA, è possibile esportare un file di tipo testo (.txt) che corrisponde all’incirca ad un mese di funzionamento ( 120 ore di funzionamento). Da macchina in modalità STOP : Tramite i tasti freccia SU e GIU’ selezionare il ciclo 7 ESPORTA HACCP.
SPEED - FASTER 15.10 - STERILIZZAZIONE (OPZIONALE) Ciclo manuale a tempo della durata di 300 secondi. Da macchina in modalità STOP: Tramite i tasti freccia SU e GIU’ selezionare il ciclo 8 STERILIZZAZIONE Per scegliere questo ciclo, premere il pulsante CONFERMA l ciclo parte in automatico con il conto alla rovescia del tempo mancante per terminare. La fine del ciclo viene comunicata con un buzzer che emette un suono. Premere il tasto ciclo a tempo per tacitare il buzzer.

SPEED - FASTER 16.2 - ALLARMI IN CORSO Il sotto menù ALLARMI IN CORSO, visualizzabile anche durante un ciclo di lavoro, permette la visualizzazione della lista di allarmi in corso durante un ciclo. Se non sono presenti allarmi, a display sarà indicato NESSUN ALLARME. Si ricorda che gli allarmi di manutenzione, sonda non inserita e conservazione non vengono visualizzati.
SPEED - FASTER 16.3 - LINGUA Il sotto menù LINGUA, permette l’impostazione della lingua dei menù. Le lingue disponibili sono le seguenti : ITALIANO - SPAGNOLO - FRANCESE - TEDESCO - INGLESE - POLACCO Una volta effettuata la scelta della lingua, viene emesso un suono dal buzzer del macchinario e sul display appare la scritta STOP.
SPEED - FASTER 16.4 - TEMPO Il sotto menù TEMPO, permette l’impostazione della data e dell’ orario. Si ricorda che tali impostazioni sono fondamentali in quanto sono poi riportate sui report HACCP. La data ha il formato DD-MM-YY L’ orario ha il formato HH:MM Da indicazione display con scritta STOP, premere il pulsante Info-ESC Selezionare il sotto menù 4 tramite i pulsanti FRECCIA SU o GIU’ Premere il tasto di conferma Scorrere con il pulsante freccia SU o GIU’ per impostare il valore corretto.
SPEED - FASTER 16.5 - LISTA ALLARMI Il sotto menù LISTA ALLARMI, permette la visualizzazione in sequenza degli ultimi 32 allarmi con relativa data e ora di inizio.

SPEED - FASTER 17 - TABELLA ALLARMI Nel caso si presenti un malfunzionamento, il macchinario avverte l’ utente con un suono del buzzer che può essere tacitato premendo il tasto INFO/ESC. Lo stato di allarme permane fino a quando la causa di tale allarme non viene a mancare.

Do not exceed the declared maximum allowed weights for each shelf, but distribute the product in trays in a uniform manner. Blast chilling and freezing times always refer to products maximum 40 mm thick. Always blast chill one type of food per time, different food have different densities and therefore the cycle timing and output can change.

SPEED - FASTER 14 - FOOD PROBE The food probe or hat pin probe, has a resolution of 0.1 °C and an operating range from -49.9 °C to + 99.9 °C. The temperature detection is carried out on a single point in correspondence of the central part of the probe body. To ensure proper operation and accurate detection of the temperature for the management of cycles, the probe must be inserted up to the product core.

SPEED - FASTER 15.1 - START UP After connecting the machinery to the power supply, the display will show the STAND-BY writing, that writing indicates that the machinery is at rest, which means that it is not possible to access the selection menu. SPEED - FASTER 15.9 - EXPORT HACCP The machinery has the feature of exporting the HACCP data. Through the USB port on the control panel on the right of the CONFIRM button, you can export a text file (.txt) which corresponds to approximately one month of operation (120 hours of operation). With the machinery in STOP mode : Press the UP and DOWN buttons to select the cycle 7 EXPORT HACCP. Remove the USB protection cap, insert an empty USB memory stick, without any previously stored data.

SPEED - FASTER 15.1 - ЗАПУСК После подключения питания к оборудованию на дисплее появится надпись STAND-BY, которая означает, что оборудование находится в изначальном положении, то есть есть доступ к меню выбора. Чтобы включить устройство шокового охлаждения, удерживать нажатой кнопку ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЯ в течение 3 секунд. После нажатия кнопки ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЯ цикл начинается. Цикл начинается, а на дисплее появляется надпись ИДЕТ ОХЛАЖДЕНИЕ. Цикл завершится по истечении заданного времени. Об окончании цикла сообщает зуммер, который подает звуковой сигнал. Для отключения зуммера нажать кнопку временного цикла. После завершения цикла машина придет в режим СОХРАНЕНИЯ.

После нажатия кнопки ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЯ можно задать параметр температуры продукта.

SPEED - FASTER 15.8 - ЦИКЛ ОТТАЙКИ Цикл оттайки необходим для разморозки испарителя. Продолжительность цикла равна 600 секундам. На машине в режиме STOP: С помощью кнопок стрелок ВВЕРХ и ВНИЗ выбрать цикл 6 ОТТАЙКА. Чтобы выбрать данный цикл, нажать кнопку ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЯ. Цикл начинается автоматически с обратным отсчетом времени до завершения. Во время цикла на дисплее появляется надпись ИДЕТ ОТТАЙКА.
SPEED - FASTER 15.9 - ЭКСПОРТ HACCP На приборе предусмотрена возможность экспорта данных HACCP. Через вход USB на панели управления справа от кнопки ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЯ можно экспортировать текстовый файл (.txt), который соответствует примерно месяцу работы (120 рабочих часов). На машине в режиме STOP: С помощью стрелок ВВЕРХ и ВНИЗ выбрать цикл 7 ЭКСПОРТ HACCP. Снять защитный колпачок входа USB, вставить пустой USB-носитель, то есть без ранее записанных данных. Нажать кнопку ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЯ для запуска цикла.
SPEED - FASTER 15.10 - СТЕРИЛИЗАЦИЯ (ФАКУЛЬТАТИВНО) Ручной временной цикл продолжительностью 300 секунд. На машине в режиме STOP: С помощью кнопок стрелок ВВЕРХ и ВНИЗ выбрать цикл 8 СТЕРИЛИЗАЦИЯ. Чтобы выбрать данный цикл, нажать кнопку ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЯ. Цикл начинается автоматически с обратным отсчетом времени, оставшегося до завершения. Об окончании цикла сообщает зуммер, который подает звуковой сигнал. Для отключения зуммера нажать кнопку временного цикла.

Следует помнить, что аварийные сигналы обслуживания, отсутствия температурного щупа и хранения не выводятся. SPEED - FASTER 16.3 - ЯЗЫК Подменю ЯЗЫК позволяет задать язык меню. Имеются следующие языки: ИТАЛЬЯНСКИЙ - ИСПАНСКИЙ - ФРАНЦУЗСКИЙ - НЕМЕЦКИЙ - АНГЛИЙСКИЙ - ПОЛЬСКИЙ Когда выбор языка сделан, прибор подает сигнал зуммера, а на дисплее появляется надпись STOP. При появлении на дисплее надписи STOP нажать кнопку Info-ESC Выбрать подменю 3 с помощью СТРЕЛОК ВВЕРХ или ВНИЗ. Нажать кнопку подтверждения.
