8. Fast White Bread. TheFastWhiteBreadpro-
grammeisspecifictotheFastBreadrecipe.
Forthisprogramme,weightandcrustcolour
settingoptionsarenotavailable.Thewater
mustbe35°Cmaximumforthisrecipe.
9. Gluten Free Bread. Itissuitableforper-
sons with celiac disease, making them
intolerantoftheglutenpresentinmany
cereals(wheat,rye,barley,oats,Kamut,
speltwheatetc.).Refertothespecificre-
commendationsonthepacket.Thetrough
must always be thoroughly cleaned to
avoidanyriskofcontaminationwithother
flours.Inthecaseofastrictlygluten-free
diet,takecarethattheyeastusedisalso
gluten-free.Theconsistencyofgluten-free
floursdoesnotyieldanidealdough.The
doughstickstothesidesandmustbescra-
peddownwithaflexibleplasticspatula
during kneading. Gluten-free bread will
beofadenserconsistencyandpalerthan
normalbread.Onlythe1000gsettingis
availableforthisprogramme.
10. Salt Free Bread. Breadisoneofthefoods
thatprovidethelargestdailycontribution
of salt. Reducing salt consumption can
help reducethe risks ofcardio-vascular
problems.
11. Loaf Cooking. The Loaf cooking pro-
grammeallowsyoutobakefor10to70
minutes(adjustableinstepsof10min).It
canbeselectedaloneandused:
a)withtheBreadDoughprogramme,
b)toreheatcookedandcooledbreads
ortomakethemcrusty,

A default setting is displayed for each pro-
gramme. You will therefore have to select
the desired settings manually.
Selecting a programme
Choosing a programme triggers a series of
stepswhicharecarriedoutautomaticallyone
afteranother.
The menu button enables you to
chooseacertainnumberofdifferent
programmes.Thetimecorresponding
to the programme is displayed. Every time
youpressthe
button,thenumberonthe
displaypanelswitchestothenextprogramme
from1-15:
1. Baguette.TheBaguetteprogrammeallows
youtomakeyourownbaguettes.Thispro-
grammeiscarriedoutin3stages.
1ststage>Kneadingandrisingofthedough
2ndstage>Shaping(whenthebeepsounds,
the light indicator against the baguette
symbol
willblink).
3rdstep>Baking.Thebakingcycleiscarried
outafter yourbaguettesaremade (ifyou
needhelpinmakingbaguettes,refertothe
recipebooksupplied).
2. Sweet baguette. Forsweetbuns:pastries,
milkbread, brioches,etc.This programme
iscarriedoutinthesame manneraspro-
gramme1Baguette.
3. Baking Baguettes. Programme3allowsyou
tobakebaguetteswithdoughpreparedinad-
vance.Thebreadmakershouldnotbeleftunat-
tendedwhenusingprogramme3.Tointerrupt
thecyclebeforeitisfinished,theprogramme
canbestoppedmanuallybyholdingdownthe
button.Thereisnomediumbrowningset-
tingforthisprogramme.Itisrecommended
touselightcrustsettingforsweetbreadsand
darkcrustsettingforsaltbreads.
