Using Recline Forma

Recline Forma is to be used solely for its intended purpose, i.e. as a cycle ergometer. Any other use of the equipment is to be considered
improper and therefore dangerous.
Mount the saddle with your trunk pressed rmly against the backrest. Grasp the handles placed on the sides of the saddle.
When the pedal is pushed all the way forward, your leg must be almost completely extended.
Any other position, such as using one foot only, or not holding onto the side handgrips, or stretching out or bending your legs too much, can result in instability
and/or improper movement of the limbs, leading to pain in dierent parts of the body.
To move the saddle forwards or backwards, lift the lever (A) under the seat, on the right side.
To adjust the pedal straps, pull out the tab and then re-insert it in the correct slot for your foot size.
