Recline Excite
Using the equipment
Mount the saddle with your trunk pressed firmly against the backrest.
Grasp the handles placed on the sides of the saddle.
When the pedal is pushed all the way forward, your leg must be almost
completely extended.
Any other position, such as using one foot only, or not holding onto the
side handgrips, or stretching out or bending your legs too much, can
result in instability and/or improper movement of the limbs, leading to
pain in different parts of the body.
Danger
Recline is to be used solely for its intended purpose, i.e. as
a cycle ergometer. Any other use of the equipment is to be
considered improper and therefore dangerous.
