Using the equipment
Mount the saddle with your trunk pressed rmly against
the backrest. Grasp the handles placed on the sides of the
saddle.
When the pedal is pushed all the way forward, your leg
must be almost completely extended.
Any other position, such as using one foot only, or not
holding onto the side handgrips, or stretching out or
bending your legs too much, can result in instability and/or
improper movement of the limbs, leading to pain in dierent
parts of the body.
To move the saddle forwards or backwards, lift the lever (A) under the seat, on
the right side.
There is a graduate scale (B) on the saddle guide rail; on nding the correct
setting, you are advised to save it in the training program.
To adjust the backrest lift the lever (C) under the seat, on the left side.
