Prole workout
The predened proles are variable workouts dened on the basis of one of three goals: time, distance or calorie consumption. The goal value is set in the
programming stage and can be changed during the exercise with the corresponding keys.
Prole workouts are set at the eort level specied by the user, calculated with the tness test; you are advised, therefore, to do the tness test rst.
The heart rate monitor is not needed for prole workouts.
Press the
key in standby.

Press the number key for the prole you want to select, from 1 to 6.
When the number key is pressed, the goal dial will show the corresponding prole.
Press ENTER to conrm the selection of the displayed prole.
