Warranty
Technoflex warrants the recycled rubber coverings for a period of twenty-
five (25) years from the date of purchase of the product by the original
buyer. A proof of purchase is required. This warranty covers defects such as
cracks and punctures due to premature wear, or other manufacturing
defects, but specifically excludes any damage or breakage caused by the
use of corrosive products or improper installation, use, or maintenance, the
use of mechanical equipment or accident. Technoflex may, at it’s
discretion, either replace the defective product or reimburse the purchase
price to the original buyer.
These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer.
The maximum liability, if any, of Technoflex for all direct damages is limited to an amount not to exceed the price of
the particular goods. In no event shall Technoflex be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, even
if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
