Error Possible Causes Help
The data rate is too low.
• Inputs and outputs of the
TechniLAN 4/4 active have
been switched.
• The dampening between the
TechniLAN 4/4 aktiv and the
socket is too effective
• Check whether or not the device is
correctly connected with the multi-
switch and/or the LNB.
• Check the cabling.
The green power LED
of a participant socket
does not light up.
A short circuit has occurred
between the participant socket and
the TechniLAN 4/4 aktiv.
• Check the cabling.
The power LED of the
TechniLAN does not
light up
The wall power supply switched off
due to overloading
• Check the cabling for short circuits.
