Card reader for smart cards*:
> Insert the smart card (gold chip facing
down, towards the slot) until it stops,
into the card reader.
Inserting the CI-Module**:
> Please take the CI-Module and card manufacturer‘s
instructions into account.
> Insert the desired smart card into the respective CI-Module.
> Insert the CI-Module carefully into the slot.
Important operating instructions
Through the use of the so-called “On Screen Display” (screen projection,) the use of the Digital-Receiver is
made easy and the number of remote control keys is reduced. All functions are shown on the screen and can
be manipulated with just a few keys.

*Remote control options:
It is possible to operate two receivers, one TV
set as well as video recorder with the same
encoding with this remote control by switching
the remote control option.
> To change the remote control option
press the required (SAT1, SAT2, VCR or
TV) key and OK simultaneously!!! Please
note: To control this receiver, you have to
select mode Sat 1.
