Control reference guide
∫ Front
1 Unit on/off button [ ]
Use this button to turn the unit on and off.
[ ] (off): The unit is off.
[ ] (on): The unit is on.
≥ The unit is still using a small amount of power in off mode. Off
mode uses less power. (> 26)

3 Power indicator
The color of the indicator changes according to the status
of this unit.
4 Remote control signal sensor
Distance: Within approx. 7 m (23 ft) directly in front
Angle: Approx. 30o left and right
5 Volume knob
Adjust the volume of the headphones or the SE-R1. (

≥ It is not possible to adjust the volume of devices connected to
the analog or digital audio output terminals.
≥ The speed at which the volume is adjusted varies depending
on how fast you turn the knob.

8 Headphones jack
For connecting a headphone plug.
≥ Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones
can cause hearing loss.
≥ Listening at full volume for long periods may damage the
user’s ears.
9 Multi-control knob (> 13)
≥Turn this knob clockwise or anticlockwise to switch the
input source, scroll through items, and skip during
playback.
≥To set an item, press the knob; to enter the menu
screen, press and hold it.
