Disc operations

Play tracks in random order.

e.g.: DVD-Audio (three groups)

While stopped

1 Press [PLAY MODE] to display

“RANDOM”.

Each time you press the button:

ALL GROUP ../ PROGRAM / RANDOM / (cancel)

(DVD-Audio only)

2 While playing DVD-Audio

Press the cursor buttons (w, q) to

select a group and press [ENTER].

Press again to cancel.

You can select more than one group.

3 Press [q] to start random play.

When random play finishes

The disc stops and the random play screen is shown.

To exit random mode

Press [g] until “RND” disappears from the display.

VCD CDDVD-A

Use this operation if the disc does not give you the choice to play all

the groups.

While stopped

1 Press [PLAY MODE] to display

“ALL GROUP”.

Each time you press the button:

ALL GROUP / PROGRAM / RANDOM / (cancel)

2 Press [q] to start play.

ALL GROUP play is canceled if you select a menu during play.
