# Open the entry cover.

$ Remove the misfed paper.

% Close the entry cover.

# Open the ADF cover.

Note: To prevent damaging the originals,

open the ADF cover before

removing the misfed original(s).

$ Remove the misfed paper.

% Close the ADF Cover.

& Close the ADF.

C Make sure that the misfeed indicator

goes off after removing all misfed

paper.

C Push the tab on the center of the ADF cover to close it.

C Make sure that the misfeed indicator goes off after removing all misfed

paper.

C To prevent original(s) damage, please make sure ADF cover open before

removing misfed original(s).
