RTA-7050 P.4 P.4 ☛ This unit uses cam bolts and locks. The following explains how to use them. This is not an assembly step; it is a guide for when you are actually doing the assembly using this kind of hardware. Cam Bolt Cam Lock 1. Screw the bolt into the corresponding panel. 2. In the other panel, insert the cam lock and align it so it can properly receive the head of the bolt, then join the panels. There might be a very small gap between the panels which is normal.
P.5 RTA-7050 P.5 BEFORE YOU START THE ASSEMBLY, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TIPS AND WARNINGS. ❶ Do a quick inventory to make sure the package contains all the parts and hardware listed in the assembly instructions. ❼ To avoid misalignments, always leave the screws loose and tighten them until all pieces are positioned correctly. ❷ Missing, damaged and defective parts can be replaced at no cost to you. RTA-7050 P.6 P.6 STEPS 1 THROUGH 11 IS FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF THE LOWER SECTION, WHICH WILL ASSEMBLE UPSIDE-DOWN STEP 1 Separate the sliders 19 according to their shape: - The “L” sliders (for the drawers) will be used until step 10, please set them aside. - The "flat" sliders (for inside the unit) are the ones being used in the next step. STEP 2 With the panels 9, 10, 11 and 12 oriented as shown, assemble the “Flat” sliders 19 on the bottom of the panels using screws E as shown.

B 11 12 STEP 7 Peel off and adhere the felt covers F on panel 8 as shown. Then with the help of another person turn the unit it upright.

Then screw the bolts A into panel 14, and assemble this panel to panels 15 and 16 as shown and as explained on page 4. RTA-7050 P.10 P.10 STEPS 12 THROUGH 17 ARE FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF THE UPPER SECTION, WHICH WILL ALSO ASSEMBLE UPSIDE-DOWN STEP 12 Hardware: 4 A Sets M6x35 B Φ8x30 4 Pcs 1st: Insert the dowels B in the innermost holes on panel 1 on the center and right side. 2nd: Insert the bolts A in the outermost holes on panel 1. 3rd: Insert and align the cam locks A in the panels 3. 4th: Assemble the panels 3 to the panel 1 as shown and as explained on page 4.

The below illustrations show some suggestions. WARNING: For safety, when setting the unit in expanded option, do not place the upper section too close to the edge on the lower section.
