OPTION 1: COPYING AN EXISTING
TEMPLATE
To access the program templates select
"Programs" in the System Users menu.
The cursor arrows can be used to scroll up
and down the stored programs. An individual
program is opened by pressing on the
individual program box (shown opposite).
The programs are pre-fixed by b, i or r. The b
corresponds to the pre-programmed
templates, i for those stored on the internal
memory and r for remote and those stored on
the SmartMedia memory card. Selecting
"New" will open an empty program. See
page 34 for more details.
Once the template is open select "Copy". It is
also possible to run or print the program by
pressing the appropriate button.

It is then necessary to enter a new program
name. There are several text features within the
text screen. Pressing the following buttons
allows access to various options:
Num: Numerical keys
Cap: Capital and lowercase letters
BS: Backspace, removes the previous character
Arrow cursors: Move the cursor backwards
and forwards
Space: Introduces a space.
When finished press "Enter" to return to the
