• Dye to view options offer relative quantification cycles or individual reporter results and
graphs.
• Changing the Dye to View from Relative Cq to a single reporter displays the baseline
corrected graph (if chosen in the setup) in addition to the quantification cycles graph for the
individual dyes.
Column headings:
• No: Well number.
• Well ID: Location of well.
• Sample ID: User-supplied or default name of well.
• Cq (Dye 1): Quantification cycle for Dye 1.
• Cq (Dye 2): Quantification cycle for Dye 2.
• ∆Cq: Calculated ∆ Cq.
• ∆∆Cq: Calculated ∆∆ Cq.
